What gets deleted

Your WebPass login (email address and password)
Your hive inspection backup stored on our server

What is not affected

Your inspection records on your phone, stored on-device
Anything in your Google Drive. HiveCare never has access to your Google account, so there is nothing for us to delete there

HiveCare never uploads your photos, videos, or voice notes to our servers. They live only in your own Google Drive and on your device.

How to delete your account

Sign in to your WebPass account, then go to your Profile page to delete your account.

Can't sign in?

If you have lost access to your account and can not sign in, you can submit a deletion request below. We will remove your account within 7 days. Requests are actioned manually, not automatically.
